A charming one large bed semi-detached cottage, sleeps 2, with its own sunny conservatory and enclosed garden, snug lounge/diner and fully equipped new kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Vine Cottage is one of the nicest place we have been. Feels like home and Calvin loved the fire. Does anyone live here? (Great Snoring) it is so quiet, we love it so much. Thank you for everything Karen and Andy.

Vine Cottage is our one bedroom, one bathroom, dog friendly Grade II listed brick and flint cottage, traditionally styled, full of character and original enhanced features.
Originally part of Clevency House, Vine Cottage is ideal as a romantic couple’s get-a-way, a special retreat for friends or just somewhere to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
Vine has a new kitchen with electric cooker with hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, AirFryer a separate utility with washing machine, fridge freezer iron and ironing board, From the kitchen there is a lounge / snug with an electric wood burner, dining table and chairs, with a newly renovated original brick feature wall. There is a tiled conservatory with heating looking out onto its own private enclosed garden; the ultimate spot to relax and perfect for that morning coffee.
Upstairs there is one large double bedroom (with plenty of space for a cot or extra bed for a child), TV with Freeview and a new bathroom with bath, shower WC, heated towel rail and basin.
Vine Cottage has free Wi-Fi, smart HDTV with streaming available, DVD player, DAB radio with Bluetooth, hairdryer and central heating. Towels and linen are provided. There is a private driveway with allocated parking and use of a communal garden with gazebo and BBQ area with seating. We also have a new doggie shower too.
Great Snoring is a quiet village just a ten minute drive from the popular coastal resort of Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham, with its independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, fabulous quay, pinewoods and stunning beach (which is also dog-friendly). Less than three minutes in the car or a 30 minute walk and you are at historic Little Walsingham’s award-winning farm shop with cafés, two village pubs and the nationally renowned shrine.
A perfect base to explore the stunning Norfolk coastline and a truly remarkable area of outstanding natural beauty.
The cottage is a non-smoking / non-vaping area. For dog owners and walkers there is a lovely footpath just round the corner from the cottage named the Walsingham Way and a short circular walk around the village.
